Made these cookies this weekend with a lovely friend of mine. We’ve been on a bit of a baking craze these days. Making a ton of stuff for Christmas.
I think we’ve made 20+ dozen cookies in the last 3 weeks. But I’ve done pretty good and I haven’t eaten that many yet… We’ll see if I can get through Christmas will out too many samples.
But seriously. These Hot-Cocoa cookies are probably some of the best cookies I’ve ever made. To me they taste more like S’mores, but either way you look at it they’re amazing. A bit time consuming to make, but absolutely worth it!
